    A professional day-of or month-of coordinator is required for all Venue Day reception weddings.

    Your coordinator will be responsible for managing your wedding timeline, vendors, ceremony and reception flow, personal items, and wedding-day logistics.

    If alcohol will be served, an approved professional insured bartender is required.

  • Do we need a wedding coordinator?

    Yes. All Venue Day reception weddings require a professional day-of or month-of coordinator so you have someone dedicated to your timeline, vendors and wedding-day details.

    Do we need a professional bartender?

    Yes. If alcohol will be served, Enchanted Gardens requires a professional, insured bartending service.

    We highly recommend our preferred bartending partner, Spunky Spirits. They already know our venue and make the bar side of your wedding much easier by helping with your bar plan, alcohol shopping quantities, setup, service and cleanup.

    Using a team that is familiar with Enchanted Gardens also means fewer logistics for you and your coordinator to manage on wedding day.

    Can we choose our own caterer?

    Yes. Catering is intentionally flexible so you can choose the food and service style that fits your taste, culture and budget.

    Who handles setup and cleanup?

    Enchanted Gardens manages the venue. Your coordinator and vendors manage their own décor, food, rentals, equipment and contracted cleanup responsibilities.
